Ahhhhhhh, that’s how!
And your schedule has only slipped by 5 days ;-D
I knew I could trust you to hold me to task, Louise! 😀 And, so ends the long wait for the payoff on that strip. I figured if the 11th Doctor could extend the air shell for Amy, then “my” Doctor (the good Mr. Baker) could do the same.
Haha, YES! Jelly babies FTW!
I actually looked several places for Jelly Babies while I was in the UK a few weeks ago, and was singularly unsuccessful 🙁
Really? Gosh! Your visit must have coincided with a national shortage, because they are available in the confectionary aisle of most supermarkets. The original JBs are Bassett’s (of ‘Liquorice Allsorts’ and ‘Dolly Mixtures’ fame), but there are other brands available (the name is not protected anymore, if it ever was).
I know, I know… My wife often says I couldn’t find bread in a bakery 😉 It may have been a function of where I was looking – mostly corner shoppes and stands by rail stations. I didn’t make it a singular objective (like I did finding good haggis – which wasn’t hard), although I was able to score some Jammy Dodgers. (BTW, I’m at work, else I thought to Photoshop a Daily Telegraph front page heralding “National Jelly Baby Shortage! Riots on Regent Street! Tom Baker declines comment…”)
