Johnny: What are you working on?
Penny: Documentation! The new boss insists on having all the major systems documented!

Johnny: Oh?
Penny: Yeah! And, as if that’s not enough, I have to show him S.O.P.s for all my support processes! S.O.P.s!!!

Penny: Plus, he’s tracking my help desk calls, and says he’ll dock my pay for each delay… or injury!

Johnny: So… he’s making you… work?
Penny: The NERVE!
