Panel 1:

Penny: Of course you can install it yourself! The package says “static RAM”, right?
Panel 2:
Penny: Great! Okay – they sell that type unconfigured, so you’ll have to charge it before you put it in your computer.
Panel 3:
Penny: Rub your feet on the carpet for a while, and then touch each RAM stick to a doorknob… My pleasure!
Panel 4:
(Penny hangs up the phone.)
Johnny: You view “I.T. Support” and “Help Desk” as oxymorons, I take it?
Penny: I do hate to see trust go unpunished.
